We are seeking you to become our next Territory Sales Manager for our Ontario / BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada region & Los Angelas, New York, United States region!


Responsibilities

  • Ability to research, propose and execute effective product and sales plans

  • Leading a team of sales representatives, and building their capability through consistent coaching and guidance

  • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process, providing resources and assistance, scheduling orientation drive-alongs with other team members.

  • Ability to develop new customer contacts and build outstanding client relationships at all levels in the organization

  • Stay current on any industry and/or market trends, assessing the potential impact on customer groups, and designing the training curriculum appropriately.

  • Develop polished training materials and assessments, in a variety of formats, including formal presentations, asynchronous learning materials, and videos.

  • Implement rigorous reporting on training program effectiveness, and continue to drive investments and innovation in up-leveling our sales teams and processes.

  • Maintains positive contacts within the organization to exchange, explain and interpret information or ideas and follow-up on client requests.


Qualifications


  • Proven work experience as a Sales manager or similar role. Experience in the Cannabis industry is a strong asset.

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales position, ideally in B2B tech, or cannabis

  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning

  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, and with sales automation tools

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Ability to learn/scale knowledge quickly in order to gan perspective within a complex industry with a variety of customer swimlanes.

  • Bilingualism (English/Mandarin) is a strong asset

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
